Exactly in fall 2006 in the then newly founded Dr Irena Eris Wzgórza Dylewskie SPA Hotel, one of the two hotel restaurants Romantyczna —as the first in Poland received the Slow Food recommendation.
This special anniversary was honored by a celebratory dinner, for which the hosts—Irena Eris and Henryk Orfinger—invited distinguished guests. The menu included 10 special, original dishes prepared by chef Łukasz Wojtas, which were accompanied by wines from the Mielżyński winery.
